Welcome to Krishna PG & Rooms (krishna-pg.blogspot.com). We offer affordable, student-friendly single rooms, cooler rooms, AC rooms, and 2 BHK flats for rent in Talwandi, Kota, specifically tailored for students studying at ALLEN career institute branches including SAMANVAYA, SAROKAR, SANKALP, and SATYARTH.
By accessing our website, contacting us, or booking a room/flat at our premises, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Accommodation & Inventory Details
Krishna PG & Rooms provides furnished student accommodations located at 3-Q-27 Talwandi, Kota (Opposite Madhuban Park). Our 5-floor secure building inventory includes:
- 8 Cooler Rooms & 16 AC Rooms (with window/garden views, featuring a study table, chair, single bed with mattress, and almirah). Shared washrooms are distributed on a ratio of 1 washroom per 4 persons.
- One 2 BHK AC Flat & One 2 BHK Cooler Flat (Both flats feature attached washrooms).
2. Rental Terms, Pricing, & Billing
- Advance Rent: Room rent starts from ₹2,000 per month and must be paid in advance at the beginning of the rental cycle.
- Electricity Charges: Electricity consumption is calculated extra at a fixed rate of ₹10 per unit based on sub-meter readings.
- Zero Hidden Costs: We proudly offer a No Security Deposit and No Brokerage policy to keep stays fit for a student budget.
- Stay Flexibility: We support flexible stay durations to help reduce stress and accommodate academic timelines.
3. Utilities and Amenities
- Complimentary Facilities: 24-hour continuous water and electricity supply are included in the basic package. Rooms are located within a highly secure environment just a 10-minute walking distance from core ALLEN coaching centers.
- Optional Chargeable Facilities: High-speed WiFi, nutritious meals, laundry services, and room cleaning are available upon request for additional specified charges.
4. Code of Conduct for Students
Since our primary target audience consists of students preparing for competitive exams near ALLEN Talwandi, residents must maintain a peaceful, quiet, and study-conducive environment. Any disruptive behavior, damage to property, or illegal activities will result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund of the advance rent.
5. Limitation of Liability
While Krishna PG & Rooms provides a fully secure building, residents are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings, electronics, and study materials. Management will not be held liable for any personal losses.
